Thanks for your question. Some time ago I created a few small videos on how to submit your business listings to the directory, this screen cast should give you an idea.

BTW, when you first login into the site it should bring you to the Quick Links section (it's also available form the left hand side navigation - User Control Panel) - the first link on that page says "Add New Business" - that's for your business listing submission together with your web site.

Unfortunately I can not add Canadian provinces as subcategories, but I went ahead and added them into the address section, so you can select you province from there. Also, I would suggest to enter your province name into the Serving Areas field together with the smaller areas you're covering.

P.S. Regarding profiles - right now user profiles are very simple - I ask for you occupation, location and you can upload your photo. This information is mostly for participation in the Q&A, so people can relate to it. Otherwise, you can publish your full business with as much information as you like.
