One thing you have to admire about Lennar Homes, they love to put homes on sale. Lennar has aggressively marketed their remaning inventory all last year throughout the holidays and have announced another sale the the weekend of January 17th and 18th. They are committed to moving the remaining inventory homes left across the valley. Currently they have move-in ready homes available in Las Vegas and Henderson. Prices have been reduced again.
