1. I found my business listing in your directory, but I can't login to edit it. What should I do?
If you have your original user name and password from the older version of the IBS Team Real Estate Directory, but still can not login, OR you don't have/know your user name and password, - email us directly at [email protected] and include the following information:
- your original user name (if available);
- the URL of the business listing you would like to claim;
To prove that you're the owner of the claimed listing, we have to be able to contact you directly by email of a phone number that is listed on the actual web site.
2. How to submit my site to your directory?
To submit your business, including a web site, to the directory you have to be registered first. After you register, you will be able to manage your account via "User Control Panel", as well as to submit your business listings, blog feeds and participate in the "Questions and Answers" section of the web site.

3. How can I edit my listing in the directory?
To edit your listing, you have to be registered and have your user name and password available. After you login into the directory, you can manage your business listings via "User Control Panel".
4. How listings are ordered in the directory?
In the directory, we implemented a point based system to rank business listings. All business listings, including top and bottom category sponsorships, are ordered by the total number of points they earn, which is calculated based on the amount of the information their owners provide. To insure that your listing gains maximum points - complete all the available fields for your business listing.
5. Why was my site not listed?
IBSTeam.net has a strict set of quality guidelines in place. Submitted sites must have original content, ease of navigation, be user friendly and real estate related. If your listing was not approved and meets the above criteria, you may request an administrative re-review of your site for basic inclusion.
6. I have multiple sites, can I have them all listed?
Yes*. If you have more than one site or blog, you can have them listed in the directory provided that they meet our quality guidelines.
7. What does "IBS Team" stands for?
No, it has nothing to do with the "Irritable Bowels Syndrome (IBS)". Some time in 2003 when we were figuring out a name for a site/company that could provide consulting and web development services. We came up with the name "Internet Business Solutions Team". We knew that we couldn't justify the name with the services we provided at that time, but it was so promising and ambitious, so we decided to go with it :) Even though we still don't justify the name (at least being frank with ourselves), we believe in old Russian saying that goes something like this - "The yacht will sail as well as you name it."
