Manatee County Market Update

So what does this mean to you?

Well new listings are up 16% in Manatee County and closed sales are down 5% so this means that we are seeing a little push back from the hot sellers market. Days on market will rise a bit and prices will level off if these trends continue. 

Sarasota County Market Update March 2016

So what does this mean?

We are seeing more inventory come on the market in Sarasota County and a slowdown in Closed Sales. This will have an effect on the Days on Market and Pricing Trends going forward. 

In a recent survey published by a national real estate data tracking firm, Sarasota was rated as one of the top five “hot spots” for real estate in the country. This survey showed many important factors about the real estate market in Sarasota, including: Sarasota homes sell at least ten percent faster than similar homes in different parts of the country. Sarasota homes generally sell at 95 percent of asking price or at asking price. In the current market, homes are selling at 85 percent of asking price.
