With the earthquake that we recently experienced in our area as well as the effects of the tropical storm (known as Hurricane Irene) blood donations suffered.  As a result, the already fragile supply of blood has been severely threatened.  If you are one of the lucky ones that is able to donate please think about the gift you can share.  If there is anything that can make you feel good, it’s doing exactly that. Can you think of a better thing to be doing on 9/11?
