The Sky Terrace Collection of homes comes in three different floor plans starting in the $200’s.

Plan ‘A’ – Home Run Series

This plan provides 3 bedrooms, a 2 car garage, an open floor plan and a private fenced yard.

Plan ‘B’ – Double Play Series

This plan provides not one but 2 master suites. Variations of this plan include ground floor entrance, and the option to build a dramatic outdoor roof terrace.

1220 to 1782 sq. ft. – 2 Bedrooms – 2.5 Bathrooms – Tandem 2 Car Garage.

Plan TL – Grand Slam Series

This is the largest of the plans and features 3 large bedrooms, 2 car garage with storage space, open plan living room/kitchen/dining. Variations of this plan include front and side patios and the option to build a roof terrace.
